What are Trusted Users?

Trusted Users are people you invite to access selected parts of your Lyfeguard account. This could include a family member, solicitor or financial adviser.

You stay in control at all times, choosing exactly what information is shared and when it becomes accessible.

How Trusted Users work

Trusted Users provide a secure way to share information from your account based on your needs.

You can:

  • Share full LyfeHubs or individual sections

  • Choose whether access is available immediately or only after you pass away

  • Change or remove access at any time

Trusted Users only see the information you choose to share.

Managing Trusted Users

All sharing is managed from the Trusted Users sectionof your account.

This gives you a clear view of:

  • Who you've added as a Trusted User

  • What information each person can see

  • When their access applies

Trusted Users best practices

To help you manage sharing with confidence:

  • Only add people you trust to access your information

  • Review who youu've shared information with regularly and update this if your circumstances change

  • Share only the sections that are necessary

Your privacy remains protected at all times, and you can update or remove access whenever you need to.
